AP Employees health scheme(EHS) Procedure and Packages


Employees Health Scheme is intended to provide cashless treatment to all the State Government employees including the State Government pensioners, along with their dependent family members through a network of empanelled hospitals of Dr.NTR Vaidyaseva Trust, in lieu of the present medical reimbursement system under 'The Andhra Pradesh Integrated medical Attendance Rules, 1972 (APIMA Rules, 1972)'. The scheme will provide treatment in Network Hospitals for all the listed therapies.


NTR Vaidya Seva trust has also acquired the governance of EHS (Employee health Scheme). All employees working in AP state government are eligible to enrol for the EHS health card. Registration process is very simple for this. All medical bills from general ailments to chronic disorders are reimbursed for employee in this scheme. This AP EHS Health card covers not only employee, but also to his family or dependents. Government has also started Chandranna bima insurace scheme for accidental death benefits to tragedy hit families.
