All the Commissioners of ULBs in the State are hereby informed that, during the review meeting held in the chambers of Hon'ble Minster for MA&UD, A.P., Secretariat, dated 29.09.2018, it was decided to strengthen the Anganwadi Centres academically and to support the Anganwadi Teachers with Teaching — Learning Material preferably 3D material.
2. As per the instructions issued in the reference Im cited, a Committee was constituted with the State Pre-Schools consultant, State Anganwadi Co-ordinator and 13 District Consultants of Pre-Schools for identifying the readymade 3D TLM, which are available in the local market.
3. On enquiry and after going through demos given by the different Agencies, the Committee have suggested that the Academic Support Material should have the following parameters.
The Learning Kit should have the following items of rnaterial:-
> Easy to use set of Flash cards and Mobile App.
> Can be used with any Smart Phone and No additional cost for any new hardware
> This learning kit should be able to enhance the digital learning of kids and provide 3D experience under the Teacher's Supervision.
> Enables Pre-Schools to offer digital base learning without major investment.
> A Projector is to be available in the learning kit
