Government of India has declared the Road Safety Week theme for the year 2019 'SADAK SURAKSHA - JEEVAN RAKSHA'. The 30th Road Safety week will be conducted from 04-02-2019 to 10-02-2019. In this connection Government of Andhra pradesh, Deportment of School Education.Deportment of transport and Highways is goin to conduct awareness on Road Safety by conducting vrious programs to the stake holders . In this regard all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed to instruct all the Head Masters of High Schools in all managements to conduct the following activities

• School Education Depart lincnt developed a video film on Road Safety Awareness. This will be telecasted through ManaTV. Make arrangements to watch the film in You Tube,

• On 06-02- 2019 all Head Masters of High Schools in the state are informed to conduct Oath On Road safety Awareness in the School Assembly. (Oath annexed)

• Drawing competition for class VIII and IX students on Road safety Awareness. (One nomination from on class from one School. Calls VIII and IX students are eligible.Usc only A4 size Chart only. Head master should certify the student and the drawings to this office. Best 3 will be awarded.The entry should reach to this office on or before 10.02.2019)
