DSC-2003 నియామకానికి సంభందించిన పూర్తి వివరాలు
ఇటీవల Government of India, Department of Pension and PM
Memorandum No 57/04/2019-P&PW(B) తేదీ 17.02.2020 ద్వారా ఒక విష్పష్టమైన వివరణ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. ఈ memo క్లారిఫికేషన్ ప్రకారం.... 1వ తేదీ జనవరి,
2004 తర్వాత నియామకమైన ఉద్యోగులకూ పాత పెన్షన్ స్కీం వర్తించనుంది.
అయితే, దీనికి కండిషన్ ఏంటంటే.... సదరు నియామకాలకు
సంబంధించిన టెస్ట్/ఎక్జామ్ ఫలితాలు ఫస్ట్ జనవరి, 2004 కి
ముందే ప్రకటించబడి ఉండాలి. ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో తేదీ 1-9-2004 నుంచి
CPS విధానం అమల్లోకి వచ్చింది. అయితే, 2003 డీఎస్సీ నియామకాలు నవంబర్, 2005లో జరిగినప్పటికీ,
ఫలితాలు మాత్రం జూన్, 2004 లోనే ప్రకటించారు.
అంటే, రాష్ట్రంలో CPS విధానం అమల్లోకి
రాకముందే 2003 డీఎస్సీ ఫలితాలు ప్రకటించారు. కాబట్టి కేంద్ర
ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన క్లారిఫికేషన్ ప్రకారం 2003 డీఎస్సీ టీచర్లకు
OPS అమలు చేయవలసి ఉన్నది.
ఇక్కడ DSC-2003 కు సంభందించిన నోటిఫికేషన్స్,
వివిధ సందర్భాలలో అప్పటి విద్యాశాఖామంత్రి గారి ప్రకటనలు, నియామకాలు ఎలా ఆలస్యమైనదో
