పురపాలక శాఖ లోకి పంచాయతీరాజ్ పాఠశాలలు

ఎలాంటి మార్పులు ఉంటాయి..

>పట్టణాల్లోని పాఠశాలలన్నింటినీ మున్సిపాలిటీలో కలపడం వల్ల పర్యవేక్షణ అధికారం కమిషనర్లకు ఉంటుంది.

>టీచర్లకు ఒక మున్సిపాలిటి నుంచి మరో మున్సిపాలిటీకి మాత్రమే బదిలీలు ఉంటాయి.

>పదోన్నతులు, బదిలీలు, నియామకాలు కమిషనర్లు నిర్వహిస్తారు.

>పాఠశాల అభివృద్ధి బాధ్యత స్థానిక సంస్థలకు ఉంటుంది.

>మున్సిపల్‌ స్కూలు హెచ్‌ఎంలకు గెజిటెడ్‌ హోదా ఉండదు. పాఠశాలలను ఇతర యాజమాన్యాలకు బదిలీ కావాలంటే మున్సిపల్‌ కౌన్సిల్‌ ఆమోదం తప్పనిసరి.

>విలీనానికి ముందు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఆప్షన్‌ ఇస్తారు. వారి ఇష్టప్రకారమే మున్సిపల్‌ యాజమాన్యంలోకి రావచ్చు.
