Preservation of ELs for Conducting SSC Advance Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2019 - Instructions Rc.No.223 dated.17.06.2019
Subject:- Conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary School Education Pre and Post SSC Advanced Examinations, May/ June 2019 — Prevention from availing Supplementary Examinations works summer vacation in r/ o Headmasters, Non-teaching staff and Office Subordinate
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the Headmasters of Secondary Schools under all Managements in their concerned districts on the following items for attending pre and post work of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in month of June, 2019 as was done earlier.
1. To prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements along with their Non — Teaching Staff including Office Sub-ordinate personnel from availing summer vacation with effective from the day of release of results of SSC March 2019 results to till re-opening of schools (ie., 14th May, 2019 to 11th June, 2019).
2. Name of Head Masters/ Non Teaching Staff institution wise shall be specifically obtained for prevention and issue specific orders if prevention duly mentioning the period.
3. Earned Leave may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation/ proportionately as per the leave rules.
4. Strictly follow the instructions issued in Commissioner of School Education Procs. Rc.No.362/E1-1/2013, dated: 16.11.2013 with regard to prevention of staff in summer vacation.
