1.చెక్ లిస్టు ప్రకారం మెటీరియల్ అంతా సరిగా ఉందో లేదో చూసుకోవాలి.(Hand Book Pg No. 323 of Model CheckList for Presiding Officer (MCLPO) Pg No. 46)
2. Control unit, Ballot unit & VVPAT ల నంబర్లు నోట్ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
3.Control unit & Ballot unit ల నంబర్లు వాటి సూట్ కేసు నంబర్లకు Tally చేసి చూసుకోవాలి.
4.Paper Seal నంబర్లు, Special Tag నంబరు, Stip సీళ్ళ నంబర్లు నోట్ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
5.టెండర్ బ్యాలట్ పేపర్లు ఎన్ని ఉన్నవో చూసుకోవాలి. వాటి నంబర్లు నోట్ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
6.మార్కడ్ ఎలక్టోరల్ రోల్ లో pages సరిగా ఉన్నవో డో చూసుకోవాలి. దాని మీద R.0 sign ఉన్నదీ లేనిది చూసుకోవాలి.
7.ఒక కంటే ఎక్కువగా Ballotting units ఉంటే వాటికి Slide స్వీచ్ లు 1,2...... లు సరిగ్గా ఉన్నవో చూసుకోవాలి.
8.Contested Candidates List (7A) మరియు వారి సంతకాలతో ఉన్నదీ లేనిదీ చూసుకోవాలి.
9.ముఖ్యంగా1) Account of Votes Recorded (17C), (కనీసం 10 Copies)
2) Declaration of PO(2 Copies)
3) Presiding Officers Dairy(2 Copies)
4) Visit Sheet(2 Copies)
5) Register of Voters | (17A),
6) Marked Electoral roll
7) 16 Points Form లు కనీసం (2 Copies) ఉండాలి. లేనిచో అక్కడే Xerox చేసి అయినా సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.
10. BU, VVPAT & CU లను ఇదే క్రమంలో కనెక్ట్ చేసి ఆక్కడే ఒక MIock Poll లా నిర్వహించి చూసుకోవాలి.
11. అవసరనున్న పై అధికారుల ఫోన్ నంబర్లు, మన TEAM లో ఉన్న PO ల నంబర్లు నోట్ చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి,
12. పోలింగ్ ఏరియా, ఓటర్లను గురించిన వివరణ చూపే పోస్టరును చూసుకోవాలి.
13. Contested Candidates పేర్లు, గుర్తులతో ఉన్న పోస్టర్ ను చూసుకోవాలి. ఆది, టెండర్ బ్యాలెట్ పేపర్లను, BUలోనిగుర్తులతో/ అభ్యర్థులతో పోల్చి చూసుకోవాలి.
పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ చేరాక
1.పోలింగ్ బూత్ లో అన్ని ఫెసిలిటిస్ ఉన్నవీ లేనిదీ సరి చూసుకోవలెను.
2.మొత్తం 6 బేబుల్స్ (కనీసం) మరియు 6 కుర్చీలు పోలింగ్ ఆఫీసర్లకు కావలెను.
3.పోలింగ్ ఆఫీసర్లను ఎలా కూర్చోబెట్టాలో ఒకసారి చూసుకోవాలి.
4.బూత్ వెలుపల కంటెస్ట్ చేసే అభ్యర్థులు మరియు వారి గుర్తులకు సంబంధించిన పేపర్లు అతికించాలి.( form 7A) 5.పోలింగ్ బూత్ నంబరుకు సంబంధించిన పేపరును స్టేషన్ వెలుపల అతికించాలి. ఓటర్ నంబర్లు, House No కూడా ఎక్కడినుండి ఎక్కడివరకో రాసి పెట్టాలి.
6.పోలింగ్ ఆఫీసర్లకు సంబంధించిన PO-1, PO-2 మొదలయిన పేపర్లను స్టేషన్ లోపల అతికించుకోవటానికి చూసి పెట్టుకోవాలి. వీలయితే అతికించినా నష్టం లేదు.)
7.కవర్లమీద PS No/ACN0 ఉండే stamps వేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
8.క్రింద చూపిన వరుసలో నంబర్లు వేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
9.ఏ కవర్ కు సంబంధించిన FORM ను ఆకవరులో పెట్టి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
10. వైబ్ పేపర్ల మీద NIL అని వ్రాసి అన్ని కవర్లలో పెట్టి పెట్టుకోవాలి. ఒకవేళ ఏదయినా కవరులోని FORMను ఉపయోగిస్తే ఆ NIL అని రాసిన పేపరు తీసేస్తే సరిపోతుంది.
11. ఈ కవర్లనన్నింటిని నాలుగు PACKETలలో ఎలక్షన్ పూర్తయ్యాక పెట్టవలసి ఉంటుంది. కనుక ఏ కవరు ఏపాకెట్ లోనిదో సులభంగా గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవడానికి ఆ కవర్ల పైన పెన్సిల్తో ఒక కార్నర్ లో 1/I or 2/I(క్రింద చూపబడిన) విధంగా నంబర్ వేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
12. ఒక పేపరుపై మధ్యలో గీతకొట్టుకొని 200, 200 వరకు రెండువైపులా నంబర్లు చేసి పెట్టుకోవాలి.
