         Attention is invited to the subject and reference cited , where in the CFSS Vijawada has requested this office to send the certain information regarding the SMCs/ CRC/ MRCs for opening of Green Channel PD account in the Prescribed format. 
Hence all the Project Officers are requested to obtain data from concerned DEO/MEO/H.M in the proforma enclosed within 5 Days.
