Celebration of Constitutional day/ Samvidhan Diwas on November 26 th, 2021 as
part of Azadi ka Amrith Mahostav - Certain Instructions- issued.

17.11.2021 of the Secretary, Dept.of School Edn & Literacy, Ministry of
Education, Govt.of India.
1) All the Ex-Officio Coordinators &
Dist. Edl. Officers and the Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in
the state are hereby informed that the Secretary, Dept.of School Edn &
Literacy, Ministry of Education, Govt.of India. has issued instructions on celebrations
of “Constitutional day/Samvidhan Diwas” as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahostav on
November 26th. In this regard the Hon’ble President of India will be leading
the celebrations from 11:00 AM onwards and the programme will be graced by the
all the dignitaries of Parliament and the same will be live streamed through
Sanad T.V /DD / other TV, channels/on line portals.
3) Further, they are informed that the
Ministry of Parliamentary affairs will be setting up of two portals which are
accessible to school children and all citizens to participate in Constitutional
day celebrations.
The portals are (1) Portal for reading
Preamble to the Constitution in 23 languages i.e., 22 Official languages and
English. (http://readpreamble.nic.in/) (2) Portal for ''Online Quiz on Constitutional
Democracy'' (https://constitution quiz.nic.in)
4) Therefore, they are requested to
issue instructions to all schools and all citizens to encourage and visit the
portals for participation and also receive the certificates.
