The designated theme for the month of November
2025 is “PERSONAL & COMMUNITY HYGIENE”. The Municipal Commissioners of all
ULBs are hereby requested to organize a comprehensive set of activities on 15th
November 2025, focusing on improving health and hygiene standards among
citizens through active participation of stakeholders, educational institutions
and community organizations.
