O R D E R:
The attention of the Regional Joint
Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional
Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are invited to the
references read above and they are informed that as part of the Gnana Prakash
60-Day Certificate Course (Year-2) under SALT Programme four (04) online modules
comprising nineteen (19) instructional videos have been developed in
coordination with SCERT-Andhra Pradesh and Pratham. The content has been
designed to strengthen Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) competencies,
with special emphasis on play-based pedagogy, inclusive education, classroom
organization, parental engagement and digital platforms.
The following modules have been uploaded
on the DIKSHA Platform for statewide access by teachers.

In addition to the above, the course
includes a Pre-Test to be attempted before commencement of the online course
and a Post-Test to be completed at the end of the course. Further, each module
consists of instructional videos to be viewed, quizzes to be attempted, and PDF
reading materials to be studied as part of the learning process.
Implementation Instructions:
All the District Educational Officers
and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are hereby instructed to:
1. Disseminate the information about the
Gnana Prakash Year-2 online course to the field level.
2. Instruct the Mandal Education
Officers), Cluster Headmasters and Primary School Headmasters to ensure that
all Secondary Grade Teachers who have successfully completed the Gnana Prakash
Year-1 Certificate Course should complete the Year-2 online modules by 28th
of February, 2026.
3. Conduct review meetings at district
level with all MEOs to monitor:
Enrollment of eligible teachers
Completion of Pre-Test, module-wise
videos and Post-Test.
Overall progress and completion status
on the DIKSHA platform.
Ensure effective monitoring and timely
reporting on course.

implementation of the programme.
The objective of this initiative is to
further strengthen classroom practices, enhance teacher capacity in FLN,
promote inclusive and play-based pedagogy, and improve learning outcomes of
primary school children across the State.
