Enhancement of Honorarium to the Anganwadi Workers, Workers of Mini-Anganwadi Centres and Anganwadi Helpers by Rs.1,000/- per month on the existing honorarium
1.Government have enhanced the honorarium of Anganwadi Workers (AWW) from Rs.7,000/- to Rs.10,500/-, Workers of Mini-Anganwadi Centres (Mini-AWW) from Rs.4,500/- to Rs.6,000/- and Anganwadi Helper (AWH) from Rs.4500/- to Rs.6000/- to w.e.f. 01-07-2018.
2.Government have reviewed the matter and decided to enhance the honorarium of Anganwadi Workers, Workers of Mini Anganwadi Centres and Anganwadi Helpers by Rs.1000/- per month on the existing honorarium.
3.Accordingly, Government hereby enhance the honorarium of Anganwadi Workers, Workers of Mini Anganwadi Centres and Anganwadi Helpers, as follows :-.
• The honorarium of Anganwadi Workers (AWW) is enhanced from the existing Rs.10,500/- per month to Rs.11,500/- per month.
• The honorarium of Workers of Mini Anganwadi Centre (Mini-AWW) is enhanced from the existing Rs.6,000/- per month to Rs.7,000/- per month.
• The honorarium of Anganwadi Helpers (AWH) is enhanced from the existing Rs.6,000/- per month to Rs. 7,000/- per month.
4.The enhanced honorarium will come into force from the month of July, 2019.
