SUB: BCWD – Issue of OBC Certificates – Raising the annual income limit to exclude the Creamy Layer from among the OBCs – Reg.

It is reiterated that for issurance of OBC Certificate to the non-creamy layer persons/sections among the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), the income limit has been enhanced from Rs. 6.00 Lakhs to Rs. 8.00 lakhs per annum.
