Sub: Mana Badi Nadu Nedu-Supply of Sand to Nadu-Nedu works –Instructions and Maintenance of Sand Depots – Regarding.

Read: Arising.

The M/s.JPVVL (Sand) company is maintaining 89 Sand Depots in the State. The list of 89 Sand Depots is enclosed in annexure. The mandals allotted to this depots are also given in this annexure.

The following guidelines are issued in this regard.

1. The indent for each school shall be raised by Engineering Assistant/ Amenities Secretary. This shall be confirmed by the Mandal Engineer.

2. The indent will be visible in Head Master login. Accordingly Head Master shall enter the details of person (Head Master himself / one of PC member /one of teacher / Engineering Assistant / Amenities Secretary) who will go to M/s.JPVVL Sand depot along with tractor / truck (The details including name of the person going to sand depot, Aadhaar No / Mobile No, designation shall be entered.

3. The designated person shall take print out of the indent signed by Head Master with stamp and go to sand depot of M/s.JPVVL collect the sand from M/s.JPVVL Sand depot and dump in the school campus.

4. The M/s.JPVVL Company after supply shall raise invoice along with details and upload the same to STMS.

5. The upload version of invoice shall be visible in Head Master login.

6. After receiving sand Head Master shall confirm the receipt of sand and upload the waybill copy in STMS portal, which will go to Engineering Assistant / Amenities Secretary. After uploaded by the Engineering Assistant / Amenities Secretary, It shall go to FAO and then to APC and then to CFMS.

7. Hence, All the Collectors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the state should ensure that these instructions are communicated and followed by the field level officials.

Maintenance of Sand Stock Points in Schools – Guidelines

Sub: Supply of Sand to Nadu-Nedu Works - Maintenance of Sand Stock Points in Schools - Guidelines - Issued.

Ref: Circular RC. No 1744329/MBNN/2022, Dt: 02-06-2022 of Commissioner, School Education.

In the reference cited above, it was decided to keep 3 High Schools in each mandal as Sand Stock Points and accordingly 3 High Schools were identified. M/S JPPVL was directed to supply the Sand at the Sand Stock Points.

The following guidelines are issued in this regard.

1. Designated CRP will be in-charge of the Sand Stock Points.

2. CRP will receive the Sand from M/S JPPVL and give acknowledgement on the Waybill.

3. The indent will be visible in HM login. Accordingly HM shall enter the details of person (HM himself/PC member/Teacher/EA/Amenities Secretary) who will go to Mandal Sand Stock Points along with tractor / truck (The details including name of the person going to Sand Stock Points, Aadhaar No/Mobile No, designation shall be entered in the STMS Website).

4. The designated person shall take print out of the indent signed by HM with stamp and go to Sand Stock Points of mandal and collect the Sand from mandal Sand Stock Points and dumpin the school campus.

5. Sand will be issued to Nadu-Nedu Schools in the Mandal based on the indents given by the Head Masters.

6. CRP shall maintain the Sand Stock Points receipts and issue register.

7. The indent for each school shall be raised by EA/ Amenities Secretary. This shall be confirmed by the Mandal Engineer.

8. The CRP after supply shall raise invoice along with details and upload the same to STMS.

9. The uploaded version of invoice will be visible in HMs login.

10.After receiving Sand HM shall confirm the receipt of Sand and upload the waybill copy in STMS portal, which will go to EA / Amenities Secretary. After uploading by EA/AS it shall go to FAO, APC and to CFMS. The path shall be as follows HM - EA/AS → FAO - APC - CFMS

11. All the DEOs and APCs are requested to instruct the CRPs / HMs / Sachivalayam Engineers and Amenities Secretaries to follow the above instructions while lifting Sand from the School level Sand Stock Points.
