ప్రైవేట్ స్కూళ్లలో
ప్రమాణాలు తెలుసుకునేందుకు ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్ల విద్యార్థులకు నిర్వహిస్తున్న తరగతి
ఆధారిత అంచనా (క్లాస్ రూమ్ బేస్డ్ అసెస్మెంట్) - 3 టెస్టులు నిర్వహించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లలోని 1వ తరగతి నుంచి 8వ తరగతి వరకు
విద్యార్థులకు ఈ టెస్టులను ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహిస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. అయితే, ప్రైవేట్ స్కూళ్లలోని పిల్లలకు మాత్రం జిల్లాల్లో పరిమిత
సంఖ్యలో విద్యార్థులను శాంపిల్ గా తీసుకొని పైలట్ ప్రాజెక్టుగా ఈ పరీక్షలను
నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ప్రతి జిల్లాలో ప్రైవేట్ స్కూళ్లకు చెందిన వెయ్యి మంది
విద్యార్ధులకు ఈ పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తారు. పరీక్షలు ఓఎమ్మార్ షీట్ల ఆధారంగా ఉంటాయి.
ఈ నెల 20 నుంచి ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్ల పిల్లలతో పాటు ప్రైవేట్ పిల్లలకూ
నిర్వహిస్తారు. కార్పొరేట్, బడ్జెట్ స్కూళ్లలో
కొన్నిటీ.. ఎంపిక చేసి ఈ పరీక్షలు పెడతారు. అర్బన్ రూరల్, ఏజెన్సీల వారీగా ఈ స్కూళ్లను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. ఆయా
స్కూళ్లలోని 1 నుంచి 5వ తరగతి వరకు విద్యార్థులకు ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు, ఓఎమ్మార్
షీట్లను ప్రభుత్వమే ఉచితంగా పంపిణీ చేయనుంది. పరీక్షల అనంతరం ఓఎమ్మార్ షీట్లను
ప్రైవేట్ స్కూళ్లనుంచి తీసుకుని జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖకు అందించే బాధ్యతను ఎంఈఓలకు
అప్పగించింది.

All the Regional Joint
Directors and District Educational officers in the state are aware that vide
reference 1 cited above, the third round classroom based assessment is being
scheduled from 20.04.2022 across the state with common question paper.
In this connection,
to analyse the educational standards in private schools, it is decided to
conduct pilot study in selected private schools in all districts. The same CBA3
question paper and OMR sheets to be distributed selected private schools.
Hence it is
directed to make arrangements regarding printing of question papers, OMR sheets
and selection of sample private schools to conduct the CBA3. The guidelines to
conduct the pilot study in selected private schools is here with enclosed.
This has got the
approval of commissioner of school education, AP, Amaravati.

Annexure
1. Sample size of
the students per class, per district is 1000.
2. Pilot study
should be conducted for class 1 to 8.
3. All types of
private schools (State affiliated corporate, budget privat schools) to be
covered in selecting the sample schools.
4. All mandals in
the district to be covered in sample selection.
5. Urban, Rural,
Agency areas to be covered while selecting the sample schools.
6. All social group
students to be covered in sample selection. 7. The list of schools to be
submitted on or before 18.04.2023
8. Blank OMRs to be
printed and distributed well in advance.
9. Sufficient
question papers to be printed and distributed well in advance.
10. CBA3 to be
conducted in the supervision of the concerned mandal educational officer and
one CRPs may be appointed to monitor in one such selected school.
11. Filled OMRs to
be packed and submitted to the MEO office, as instructed for government schools,
to handover at district point.
