యాజమాన్యాలకు పరీక్షల విభాగం కీలక సూచనలు చేసింది. నామినల్ రోల్స్లో విద్యార్థుల
పేరు,
పుట్టిన తేదీ వంటి వివరాల్లో దొర్లిన తప్పులను
సరిదిద్దుకోవడానికి ఫిబ్రవరి 26 నుంచి 28 వరకు అవకాశం ఇచ్చింది. ఆధార్ కార్డులోని డేటా ఆధారంగానే UDISE+ పోర్టల్లో అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవచ్చని పేర్కొంది. కాగా మార్చి 16 నుంచి ఎగ్జామ్స్ ప్రారంభం అవుతాయి.

All the Heads of Recognised Schools,
Candidates, Parents and other stakeholders concerned with SSC Public
Examinations, March 2026, are hereby informed that the correction requests in
Class X Nominal Roll particulars submitted by the schools through the
prescribed online link for the fields of Student Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar
Number, Gender and Religion have been received and consolidated at the State
level. In this process, correction requests have been received from 3,497
schools covering 614 mandals and 9,986 unique students across the State.
After due verification of the data furnished by the institutions, it is hereby informed that all corrections in student particulars shall be updated strictly based on the Aadhaar details furnished by the candidates. Accordingly, only those particulars which are duly matched and verified with the Aadhaar records, namely Student Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Aadhaar Number, will be updated in the student profile in the UDISE+ portal.
The edit option in the UDISE+ portal
will be enabled only for the abovementioned Aadhaar-verified fields from
26-02-2026 to 28-02-2026, and no edits shall be permitted in any other fields.
The Heads of Schools shall ensure that the particulars of the concerned
students are rectified in the UDISE+ portal strictly as per the Aadhaar
particulars.
Further, correction of student
particulars based solely on school records, without Aadhaar verification, will
not be entertained, in order to ensure authenticity, uniformity and accuracy of
student data in all official records.
In view of the above, all Heads of
Institutions are instructed to ensure that the school records are aligned with
Aadhaar particulars. In case of any errors in Aadhaar details, the students
shall be advised to update their Aadhaar particulars to match the school
records so that both records remain consistent. A final opportunity to edit the
student particulars in UDISE+ will be provided in the last week of March 2026
or First week of April 2026 for those who could not utilise the present
provision or whose records are yet to be
aligned and this shall be the last
chance and also ensure the readiness for the utilization.
All the Heads of Institutions shall
treat this matter as Most Important and ensure immediate rectification of
discrepancies in School Records and Aadhaar particulars so as to avoid errors
in Marks Memos, Certificates and future academic records of the students. Any
discrepancy between Aadhaar details and School Records leading to errors in
student particulars will be viewed seriously, and the responsibility for such
deviations shall rest with the concerned Head of the Institution.
