Sub:- School Education - Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 Programme of Hon'ble Prime Minister interacting with a cross section of Students, Teachers and Parents on 29th Jan, 2019 - Hearing / viewing the Broadcast / Live Telecast of the programme in all schools in the State including Central Govt. Schools and upload the video graphs and photographs of the students through the given links on or before 30th Jan. 2019 and Furnish information in the proforma.
The attention all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are aware that, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 Programme in which the Hon'ble Prime Minister will be interacting with a cross section of Students, Teachers and Parents on 29th Jan. 2019 from 11 a.m to 01.00 p.m at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. A team consisting 19 Students, 3 Teachers and 3 Parents have been nominated to participate in the said programme.
In the reference 2nd read above, the Secretary DSEL, MHRD, Gol has requested to make necessary arrangements to watch/hear the entire programme in all Schools under all Managements in the State through Doordarshan, www.webcast.nic.in/mhrd

Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue instructions to all field officers / Headmasters/ Principals of all schools in the State including Central Govt. Schools ( Kendriya, Navodaya schools etc.,)
a) to make necessary arrangements like big screens, DCRs, VCRs TVs and other sources (Radio FM, through internet) for viewing / hearing above said live telecast / broadcast of the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 Proramme on 29th Jan. 2019 from 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi and upload the video graphs and photographs of the students through the above said link on or before 30th Jan. 2019 without fail duly communicating the above said Google link and password to all schools under all managements.
b) District wise data for arrangements are made for viewing / hearing the above said programme in the schools by 06.00 p.m on 29th Jan. 2019 to this office in the given table so as to enable this office to consolidate and the submit the same to the Gol.
