నవోదయలో 9వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తుల ఆహ్వానం
• 9వ తరగతిలో ఖాళీ సీట్ల భర్తీకి వచ్చే ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి 8న ప్రవేశపరీక్ష జరుగుతుంది.
•ఈ ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్‌ స్కూళ్లలో (గుర్తింపు పొందిన) ఈఏడాది 8వతరగతి చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు అర్హులు.
•వీరు 2004 మే 1నుంచి 2008 ఏప్రిల్‌ 30లోపు జన్మించి ఉండాలి.
పరీక్ష విధానం
• రెండున్నర గంటల వ్యవధిలో ఉండే ఈ పరీక్షలో నాలుగు విభాగాలుంటాయి. మొత్తం 100 మార్కులకు 100 ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి. ప్రశ్నాపత్రం ఇంగ్లిష్/హిందీ మీడియంలో ఉంటుంది.
• 8వ తరగతి వరకూ ఉన్న ఇంగ్లిష్, హిందీ, గణితం, సైన్స్ సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. ఇంగ్లిష్ భాషపై 15, హిందీ భాషపై 15, గణితంపై 35, సైన్స్ పై 35 మార్కులకు సంబంధించిన ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి. - పరీక్ష సమయం రెండున్నర గంటలు (ఉదయం 10 నుంచి 12.30 వరకూ). ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలు గల విద్యార్థులకు అదనంగా 30 నిమిషాలు కేటాయిస్తారు.
• ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష ప్రశ్నాపత్రం ఇంగ్లిష్, హిందీ భాషల్లో మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది.
• విద్యార్థులు ఓఎంఆర్ షీట్స్ విధానంలో పరీక్ష రాయాల్సి ఉంది.

• దరఖాస్తులు అందించాల్సిన చివరి తేదీ : డిసెంబరు 10
 • హాల్ టికెట్స్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకునే తేదీ : జనవరి నుండి
• ప్రవేశపరీక్ష నిర్వహణ తేది : 08-02-2000(ఉదయం 11.30 గంటలకు)
• పరీక్షా ఫలితాలు విడుదల : 2020 మే నెలలో....
• దరఖాస్తుల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ మీసేవా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా స్వీకరిస్తారు (రూ.35 సేవా రుసుం చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంది)

ప్రయోజనాలు ఇలా..
• ఒకసారి ప్రవేశం పొందిన విద్యార్థులు 12వ తరగతి వరకూ అవకాశం కల్పిస్తారు.
• బాల బాలికలకు విడివిడిగా వసతి సౌకర్యం ఉంటుంది. విద్యా బోధనతోపాటు వసతి, ఆహారం, పుస్తకాలు, స్టేషనరీ, యూనీఫామ్ ఉచితంగా అందిస్తారు.
• క్రీడలు, యోగా, ఎన్‌సీసీ, సంగీతం, చిత్ర కళ, తదితర రంగాల్లో శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. - కంప్యూటర్ విద్యతో పాటు, వీశాట్, ఎడ్యు సొసైటీ కనెక్టవిటీ, లైబ్రరీ, ఇంటర్నెట్ సౌక ర్యాలు అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయి
In accordance with the National Policy of Education (1986), Government of India started Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) all over the country except the state of Tamil Nadu. These are co-educational, residential schools, fully financed by Government of India and run by an autonomous organization, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Though admission to Navodaya Vidyalayas is at Class VI level, in order to optimally utilize infrastructure facilities available, vacant seats at Class IX level are filled through an All India level Admission Test. While education in the schools is free including board & lodging, uniform and textbooks, a sum of Rs. 600/- per month is collected from the students of Classes IX to XII only towards Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi. Students belonging to SC/ST categories, Girl students and the students whose family income is below poverty line (BPL) are exempted. Rs.1500/- per student per month is collected from all students whose parents are Govt. Employees. The last date to apply for the admission test is 10th December 2019.
