1) గెజిటెడ్ అధికారి సంతకం చేసిన డిగ్రీ నకలు (200 కె.బి. లోపు జె.పి.జి. ఫార్మేట్)
2) పాస్పోర్ట్ సైజ్ ఫొటో (100 కె.బి. లోపు జె.పి.జి. ఫార్మేట్)
3) మీ సాధారణ ఓటు వివరాలు
4) ప్రస్తుత మీ నివాసం ధృవీకరించే ఆధారం.
5) వినియోగం లో వున్న మీ సెల్ నెంబర్
2వ విడత పట్టభద్రుల ఓట్లు నమోదు ప్రక్రియ 2019 జనవరి 1 నుండి 30 వరకు జరుగుతుంది. ఇంతవరకు నమోదు చేయించుకోని వారికి సదావకాశం

2. The Commission has considered the proposals made by CEOs of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana vide their letters No. 2463/Elecs.B/A2/2018-1 , dated 15.09.2018, No. 2463/Elecs.B/A2/2018-3, dated 25.09.2018 and letter No. 1865/Elecs.B/A2/2018-1, 17.09.2018 respectively and ordered de-novo preparation of electoral rolls of the above said constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Legislative Councils with reference to 1 st November, 2018 as the qualifying date, so as to have fresh electoral rolls for elections in the aforesaid
3. Accordingly, the electoral rolls of the above mentioned Graduates' and Teachers' constituencies shall be prepared afresh with reference to 1 st November, 2018 as the qualifying date in accordance with the prescribed schedule and following due procedure and comprehensive guidelines already circulated vide the Commission's letter dated 5th September, 2016.
4. As clearly mentioned in the Commission's above instructions dated 5th September, 2016
EROs concerned shall issue a public notice as in the prescribed manner and format given as Annexure A or B appended thereto, as the case may be, and republish the abstract of the notice in the format as
Annexure A-I or B-l thereto, accordingly.
5. All concerned officers/officials shall strictly comply with the Commission's instructions.
6. Wide publicity shall be given to the schedule of de-novo preparation of electoral rolls and political parties be informed, in writing.
7. Kindly acknowledge receipt of the letter.
