Read :- This office Procs. Rc.No.348/RMSA/2014, dt.03.09.2016. &aft& In continuation to this office proceedings read above, the Head Masters Head Mistres Principals of the identified (630) Secondary Schools under RMSA Phase-Ill art informed that the indent placed to procure the furniture to (530) Secondary schools under RMSA Phase-Ill through GeM (Government e-Market) to supply Demo tables, Slotted Angler Racks, Steel Tools, Chairs for Teachers, Dual desks, Tables for Teachers, Almirahs, Computer Tables, Chairs for Students within cost of Rs.2088.53 lakhs to 630 Secondary Schools under RMSA Phase-III.
Further, they are informed that the procurement was done through GeM (Government E-Market) and the following firms have quoted low price comparing to other firms. 25 % of the total amount allotted also released as advance to the following firms.

• Sai data Creations
• Lakshrai Pra san n a Enterprises
• Sri Siddhivinayaka Industries
• Ushodaya Enterprises
In this connection, they arc informed that the above said firms have started supplying the furniture items i.e., Demo tables, Slotted Angler Racks, Steel Tools, Chairs for Teachers, Dual desks, Tables for Teachers, Alrnirahs, Computer Tables, Chairs for Students to (630) Secondary Schools. The list of furniture, item wise and school wise is enclosed herewith. Therefore, the Head Masters Head Mistres/ Principals of the identified (630) Secondary Schools under RMSA Phase-HI are requested to takeover the above said furniture items from the said 05 quoted firms and issue acknowledgements to the concerned firms in the prescribed format attached herewith. Also submit a copy of the acknowledgements to the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinator of RMSA in the District concerned. Until unless the school wise acknowledgements received to this office, further payments will not be paid. This has got approval of the Commissioner of School Education 86 Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, A.P.
