Rolls for Teachers’ Constituencies – Enrollment of Electors - List of
educational institutions not lower in standard than that of a secondary school
& Countersigning authorities for countersigning the service certificates
issued by private aided Schools – Certain information called for - Regarding.

While enclosing a copy of the note file
of Genl.Amin.(Elecs.B)Dept., in the reference cited, all District Educational
Officers in the state are informed that the Government in General
Administration Department has requested the following information in connection
with enrollment of Electors for Teachers' constituencies:
I. confirm the list of educational
institutions not lower in standard than that of a secondary school;
II. to furnish the details of other
educational institutions not lower in standard than that of a secondary school,
which are not included in the lists already notified;
III.to specify the officers, who will be
countersigning authorities for countersigning the service certificates issued
by the Heads of Educational Institutions in respect of private aided Schools
and issue instructions to all such officers for countersigning the certificates
issued by the Heads of Educational Institutions, upon satisfying themselves
regarding their service. Finally the District Educational officers concerned
certify that list (Proforma is herewith enclosed).
Therefore, all District Educational Officers
in the state are requested to provide the above information in respect of Aided
schools & Teachers (Secondary Schools) to this office on or before 06.07.2022
so as to submit the same to the Government.
This should be treated as Time bound.
