REGULATIONS - Voluntary retirement of employees of TSRTC under Regulation
6(1)(b) of TSRTC Employees' (Service) Regulations, 1964 - Reg.
In terms of
Regulation 6(1)(b) of TSRTC Employees' (Service) Regulations, 1964, an employee
who has completed 20 years of service is eligible for voluntary retirement on
giving one month notice or on payment of one month salary (Pay+DA) in lieu of
notice.
In terms of
Regulation 6(1©) of TSRTC Employees' (Service) Regulations, 1964, the employee
will be extended all usual terminal benefits and the following additional
benefits on retiring voluntarily.
* Employer's
contribution to Provident Fund for a maximum of 5 years or leftover service
whichever is less.
* Notional Gratuity
for a maximum of 5 years or leftover service whichever is less.
* Additional
Monetary Benefit for a maximum of 10 years or leftover service whichever is
less.
Some of the
employees are requesting to retire them voluntarily as they are unable to
perform duties due to various reasons.
Therefore, all the
Unit Officers of TSRTC are advised to collect VRS applications from the willing
employees up to 31.07.2022 and upload the data in PD Web on day-to-day
basis, so as to arrive at the assessment of no. of employees willing for VRS.
Regarding further process, await for the instructions from this office.
A Notice (in
Telugu) duly signed and stamped by the Unit Officer concerned shall be
exhibited on Notice Boards of the Depot/Unit is enclosed herewith.
