of Teaching Staff across various managements i.e., Government, Zilla
Parishad/Mandal Parishad Schools and Municipal Schools - Allotment of DDO Codes
to High Schools – Information Communicated- reg.

All the Regional Joint Directors of
School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed
that, in the reference read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts have
communicated the 531 DDO codes to all newly graded High Schools. Out of this
380 new DDO Codes and 151 DDO Codes are already existing to the newly upgraded
High Schools.
Further, they are requested to take
necessary action to draw the salaries of salaries of the Headmasters and
Teachers who allotted in the newly upgraded High Schools and also requested to
submit the following details:
(a) Details in the proforma furnished
earlier.
(b) The list of the DDO Codes that are
unaffected in the current reapportionment viz DEO Offices, AP Model Schools etc.
(c) DDO Codes from which Cadre Strength
needs to be completely removed, such as High Schools from which the headmaster
post has been withdrawn etc.
(d) Abstract of total posts in the district
with post-wise.
(e) Any other details that are required
from time to time in the ongoing reapportionment process.

its enclosures should be acknowledged.
