instruction – Certain instructions issued – Regarding.

for the year 2025-2026.

It has come to the notice of the
undersigned that the Inspecting Authorities i.e., Regional Joint Director of
School Education (RJDSEs), District Educational Officers (DEOs), Deputy
Educational Officers (Dy.EOs) and Mandal Educational Officers-I & II, are
convening meetings with Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary, and High
Schools, as well as with the Teachers of Single Teacher Primary Schools, during
school hours (i.e., 09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M.). Such practices are resulting in
the disruption of classroom teaching, thereby hampering the learning process
and adversely affecting the academic progress of students.
2. The primary responsibility of the
Inspecting Officers is to ensure the continuity and quality of classroom
instruction. Conducting administrative or official meetings during
instructional hours is contrary to this objective and has a negative impact on
students academic development.
3. In view of the above, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers/District School Educational Officers in the state are hereby strictly instructed to direct the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers-I & II under their jurisdiction not to convene any physical meetings or reviews with Headmasters or Teachers of any category of schools during school hours under any circumstances, except in cases of urgency.
4. Any deviation from the above instructions will be viewed seriously and necessary action will be initiated against the concerned officials as per existing rules in force.
