The attention of the Commissioner of
School Education, A.P, is invited to the reference cited, wherein he has
requested the Government to entrust the Drawing and Disbursing powers to the
Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State to avoid delays in financial
transactions without giving any scope for lapse of budget and payment of all
kinds of bills to all the staff of A.P. Model Schools within the stipulated
time.
2. In this regard, he is informed that,
Government have accepted the proposal in principle for entrustment of Drawing
and Disbursing powers to the 164-Principals working in 164 A.P. Model Schools
in the State, instead of the Assistant Director-I of each District Educational
Officers in the State.
3. The CSE, AP, is therefore, requested
to take necessary action accordingly, and furnish necessary details to
operationalize the proposal.
4. This Memo issues with the concurrence
of the Finance (FMU-SE) Dept. vide their U.O. No. FINO1-FMUOBES(SE)/76/2021,
dated 17.02.2022 (Computer No.1522459).
