విద్యార్థుల హాజరు నమోదు తప్పనిసరి
* విద్యార్థుల హాజరు ని అన్ని
యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలల్లో తప్పనిసరి చేస్తూ, హాజరు నమోదు చేయని
స్కూల్స్ కి షోకాజ్ నోటీస్ జారీ చేయమని అధికారులకి ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల చేసిన
కమిషనర్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్, ఏపీ.
* ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల
హాజరును స్టూడెంట్ అటెండెన్స్ యాప్ లో తప్పనిసరిగా నమోదు చేయాలని పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ
ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. విద్యార్థుల హాజరును ప్రతిరోజూ నమోదు చేయాల్సిందేనని
రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తప్పనిసరి చేసిందని సోమవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. కొన్ని
పాఠశాలలు రోజూ హాజరు నమోదు చేయడం లేదని తమ దృష్టికి వచ్చిందని పేర్కొంది. యాప్ లో హాజరు
నమోదు చేయని పాఠశాలలకు షోకాజ్ నోటీసులు అందించాలని ప్రాంతీయ, జిల్లా
విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులను ఆదేశించింది.
* ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల
ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులపై క్రమశిక్షణ రహిత చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు
అపరాధ రుసుం విధించాలని పేర్కొంది.

The attention of the District
Educational Officers in the state is invited to the references read above,
wherein this office has issued clear instructions to field level functionaries
to ensure that, all Head masters /Principals and teachers of all schools under
all management i.e State Government, Central Government, Aided and Private
Un-Aided school shall mark the student attendance every day through the Student
Attendance mobile application mandated by Government. In spite of clear
instructions, it is noticed that some schools are not marking the attendance
regularly, which is clearly dereliction of government instructions.
Therefore, all the RJDSES / District
Educational Officers in the state are hereby instructed to issue show cause
notices to the schools (Government and private) not marking attendance through
the mobile App and initiate disciplinary action on the Headmasters of the
Government managed schools and impose penalty on the private Schools
managements as per rules in GO.MS.NO 1 and other communications and report
compliance to the undersigned with in 15 days.
