Execution of Contract / Agreement Bond with the Contractual Teaching Faculty
working in APRE Institutions for 10 months from 01.04.2022 to 31-1-2023 by the
Principals of APRE institutions – Orders - Issued.
Ref:- 1.G.O.R.T.No 86 School Education (Trg.) Dated:06.06.2022
In pursuance to the orders issued in the
reference cited, all the Principals of APRE Institutions in the state are here
by permitted to take the services of the contractual Teaching Staff dully
following the under mentioned conditions:
1. The Contractual Teaching Staff who
worked last academic year are only eligible to submit contract. The Contractual
Teaching Staff who is on unauthorized absence / absconded duties / resigned are
not eligible to submit the contract.
2. The Contractual Teaching Staff shall
submit the contract to the Principals of the Institutions where they worked in
the last academic year.
3. The modal contract form is enclosed
herewith. The Contractual Teaching Staff shall submit this contract form only
in the shape of Agreement Bond on Rs.100/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper duly
agreeing the terms and conditions therein.
4. The Contract period should be from
01.04.2022 to 31.01.2023 only.
5. The Principal concerned, the
Contractual Teaching Staff and two witnesses from the Institution shall sign on
the contract. After then, the Principal concerned shall submit the contract
along with his report on previous performance of the Contractual Teaching Staff
to the Society for ratification.
6. The contract shall only be come into
force after ratification by the Society. The contracts against to the above
conditions / against to the modal contract form shall summarily be rejected by
the Principals concerned or by the Society without further notice.
7. The Principals shall not submit pay
bills of the Contractual Teaching Staff without ratification of the Society and
also beyond the period of the contract. After ratification by the Society and
during the contract period only, the Principals should submit pay bills along
with the performance report of the Contractual Teaching Staff every month.
8. It is the responsibility of the
Principals concerned to verify each and every thing of contract and other
conditions specified before singing and receiving the contract.
All the Principals in the State are here
by directed to take action accordingly withing a week and if any deviation
found against to the instructions issued, those will be viewed seriously and
necessary action will be taken against the defaulters.
Receipt of these proceedings should be
acknowledged.
