Editing of Digital lessons from 16.06.2022 to 24.06.2022 - Telugu, English
& Urdu Medium - Request to Spare the services of Teachers - Reg.
Read:
1). Note orders of the Director of
School Education in Onf.No.342/D2/ SIET/2019-20, Dated: 14.08.2020.
2). This office proceedings even number, Dated: 16.04.2021, 07.02.2022, 16.02.2022, 26.02.2020, 10.03.2022, 28.03.2022 & 16.04.2022.
In continuation of the orders issued in
the references read above, the District Educational Officers concerned in the
State are requested to spare the services of the identified teachers for
developing the digital lessons of High school level of Telugu, English and Urdu
Medium and issue necessary instructions to them to attend the venue, on the
stipulated dates for recording & editing of digital lessons as per
recording schedule from 16.06.2022 to 24.06.2022. The teacher and title wise
recording schedule is annexed herewith.
In this connection, it is informed that,
the teacher Presenters were identified by the Director, SCERT, TS, and
instructed to prepare scripts for the allotted topics to hand over the same to
concerned Subject Coordinator. The entire development of digital lessons shall
be under the guidance of Professor, Curriculum Department, SCERT, TS,
Hyderabad.
Further, the overall recording and
editing work shall be supervised by the Officer Incharge, SIET, Hyderabad, Smt
B.Radhika, Scriptwriter/In-charge of Primary Level-English Medium, Digital
Lessons and Sri Syed Imran, Urdu Medium Coordinator / SA, Government High
School, Nagarkurnool will coordinate the recording and editing of the digital
lessons at SIET, Hyderabad.
Further, the District Educational
Officers concerned are requested to instruct the identified teachers not to use
audio/video resources having copyright protection and also spare the services
of the Subject Coordinators to this office accordingly.
The teachers who are attending the
recording of lessons are eligible for TA/DA and Honorarium as per norms and on
completions of video editing the teacher presenter shall hand over the TA/DA
form to the Superintendent, D-Section of this office along with one extract of
the SB A/c pass book title page for taking further course of action.
