Teachers working in the Schools of Tribal Welfare Department - Communication of
transfer GO and guidelines - Request to take necessary action -Reg.

Attention is invited to the references
cited above.
In pursuance of the orders issued in the
references 1st & 2nd cited, the Government in Tribal Welfare Department,
vide reference 3rd cited, have issued orders permitting Transfers and postings
of Head Master Gr-II and all categories of Teachers working in the Schools of
Tribal Welfare Department in partial relaxation of ban on general transfers
from 08.06.2022 to 17.06.2022.
In view of the above, the District
Officers are hereby instructed to effect the transfers to the Head Master Gr-II
and all categories of teachers of Tribal Welfare schools by 17.06.2022 duly
following the guidelines mentioned below and annexure to the G.O 3rd cited
above.
The entitlement points to be awarded to
the Head Master Gr-II and all categories of teaching staff for the service
rendered in the present institution and category as on 07.06.2022 shall be as
follows:
(a) For every year of service in
category IV areas - 5
(b) For every year of service in
category III areas - 3
(c) For every year of service in
category II areas - 2
(d) For every year of service in
category I areas -1
The Habitations/Towns shall be
classified under following categories, viz.,
Category-I: All Habitations/Towns where 16% and above HRA is admissible.
Category-II: All Habitations/Towns where
12% HRA is admissible.
Category-III: All Habitations / Towns
where 10% HRA is admissible.
Category-IV: All Habitations where 10%
HRA is admissible, but not having
bus or train or other automobile
facility beyond a radius of 5 KM from the school place to the bus stop or
railway station or habitations on hill tops or is approachable only by ferry.
In case of Villages / Towns which were
in one category earlier and later changed to the other category (as per HRA /
Road condition) in such cases the entitlement points may be calculated
proportionately.
Hence, all the POS of
ITDAS/DDs(TW)/DTWO/DSTW&EOs are hereby requested to take necessary action
on the transfers of Head Master Gr-II and all categories of Teachers working in
the Schools of Tribal Welfare duly following the guidelines issued vide
reference 3rd cited. The transfers process should be completed by 17.06.2022
and the District Officers shall submit a report on cadre wise transfers
effected to the under signed on 18.06.2022.
This may be treated as Most Urgent.
