The attention of the Collectors &
DEOS of the State are invited to the references cited. It has been brought to
the notice of this office that certain voters on Election duty were unable to
exercise their vote because of their inability to submit the Form-12 on time.
2. In this regard, it is reiterated that
no employee/voter on Election duty shall be denied his/her right to vote.
3. If a Voter on election duty was
unable to submit his/her Form-12 before 1st May 2024, due to unavoidable
circumstances the voter on election duty shall be allowed to submit the Form-12
and cast his/her postal ballot at the facilitation center set up at the RO's
Office, where he/she is enrolled as voter. The facilitation center will be
functioning from 10.00 A.M. - 5.00 P.M. on 7th & 8th May, 2024.
