AP POLYCET 2019 Counselling details
➤AP POLYCET-2019 qualified candidates are informed to attend for certificate verification in any one of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given under, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like
a) POLYCET Hall ticket
b) POLYCET Rank Card
c) SSC or Equivalent marks memo (Original or Internet copy)
d) Study/Bonafide Certificate from IV to X Class
e) Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable)
f) Income certificate Issue on or after 01.01.2016 (or) White Ration card for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
g) PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)
h) Transfer Certificate.
i) Aadhaar Card
Candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres after Verification.
➤Processing Fee: The Candidates of SC/ST category have to pay Rs. 400/- While OC/BC candidates have to pay Rs. 700/- towards Processing Fee.
➤SCHEDULE FOR DECENTRALISED CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR SC/ST/BC/OC/MINORITIES (REPORTING TIME: 9.00 A.M. Everyday)
➤SCHEDULE FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR PH, CAP, NCC, SPORTS & GAMES AND ANGLO-INDIAN CATEGORIES (REPORTING TIME: 9.00 A.M. Everyday)
➤SCHEDULE FOR WEB OPTIONS
Note:If candidate wishes to change their options once again after freezing, change the frozen option on 31-5-2019 (final opportunity) at any Help line centers or any desktop.
➤ALLOTMENT:
1.Allotments will be placed in Website https://appolycet.nic.in on 02.06.2019 after 06.00 PM.
2.Enter the ICR Form Number, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in Candidate Login.
3.Download the allotment order and report to the college
4.Classes will commence from 06/06/2019.
