పాలనా వ్యవస్థలో
మరింత జవాబుదారీతనం తీసుకురావడానికి, అవినీతి రహితంగా పాలన
సాగించడానికి, అన్ని వర్గాలకు సమర్థవంతంగా సంక్షేమ ఫలాలు
అందించడానికి జిల్లా యంత్రాంగంలో మార్పులు చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నాలు
మొదలు పెట్టింది. ప్రస్తుతం జిల్లాల్లో ఇద్దరేసి జాయింట్‌ కలెక్టర్లకు అదనంగా మరో
జాయింట్‌ కలెక్టర్‌ పోస్టును ప్రభుత్వం సృష్టించనుంది. గ్రామ, వార్డు సచివాలయాల పర్యవేక్షణతో పాటు పలు సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలు బాధ్యతను
కొత్తగా నియమితులు కానున్న జేసీకి అప్పగించనున్నారు.
