Vacancies - Counselling Schedule Issued
Sub: School Education – DSC, 2018 –
Filling up of unfilled vacancies in all categories in the District level –
Instructions to fill up the posts through counselling schedule issued –
Regarding.
All the Regional Joint Directors of
School Education/District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed
that it is proposed to fill up all the categories of pending/unfilled
vacancies/non-joining vacancies in DSC, 2018. As the merit cum roaster is
already with their offices in the State and to follow the instructions issued
in the past for selection of the candidates.
The following schedule is proposed to fill up
of all the categories of posts.
The Joint Director (IT Cell) of this
office is requested to confirm the list and send the SMS to the candidates and
prepare all item of work as it was done previously.
Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of
School Education/District Educational Officers in the State is hereby requested
to follow the above schedule scrupulously and to take further necessary action.
If any grievances or any doubts arise during selections i.e., candidates non production
of the certificates/caste/absent to the counseling etc may be brought to the
notice of the Chairman & District Collector and finalise the selections
immediately. Further, they are instructed not to write for unnecessary
clarifications to this office and follow the previous instructions issued by
this office time to time.
