న 'లిప్' అసెస్మెంట్ పరీక్ష - పాఠశాల
విద్యార్థులకు రోజుకో కొత్త పదంపై శిక్షణ

* ప్రాథమిక తరగతుల నుంచి ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు రోజుకో పదం నేర్పించేందుకు విద్యాశాఖ ప్రవేశపెట్టిన వంద రోజుల 'లాంగ్వేజ్ ఇంప్రూవ్మెంట్ ప్రోగ్రాం' ఈ నెల 31 తో ముగుస్తోంది.
* హిందీ, ఇంగ్లిష్, తెలుగు భాషలకు సంబంధించిన కొత్త పదాలను విద్యార్థులకు పరిచయం చేయడం తోపాటు, చదవడం, పలకడం, రాయడం నేర్పించేందుకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో లిప్ ను నిర్వహించారు. వంద రోజుల ఈ కార్యక్రమం మార్చి 31 తో ముగుస్తుండటంతో ఏప్రిల్ ఒకటో తేదీన విద్యార్థులకు అసెస్మెంట్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించనున్నారు.
* లిప్ నేర్చుకున్న వాటిలో ఉత్తమ ప్రతిభ కనబరచిన విద్యార్థులను ప్రతి జిల్లా నుంచి ముగ్గురిని చొప్పున, ప్రతి జిల్లా నుంచి కార్య క్రమాన్ని బాగా నిర్వహించిన ఇద్దరేసి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులను గుర్తించి, వారిని సత్కరించాలని అధికారులు నిర్ణయించారు.
* అలాగే ఒకటో తేదీన నిర్వహించే పరీక్ష ప్రాథమిక తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు 20, ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు 30 మార్కులకు ఉంటుంది. మూడు భాషలకు సంబంధించి ఒకే ప్రశ్నపత్రాన్ని రూపొందించి, ప్రాథమిక తరగతులకు 20, హైస్కూల్ విద్యార్థులకు 30 నిమిషాలు కేటాయించి పరీక్ష నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ప్రతి భాష నుంచి ఐదు ప్రశ్నలు చొప్పున ఇస్తే .. విద్యార్థులు వాటికి మిగిలిన రెండు భాషల్లో సమాధానాలు రాయాల్సి ఉంటుంది .
* ఈ పరీక్షల ఫలితాలను ఏప్రిల్ 6, 7 తేదీల్లో సిద్ధం చేసి, తర్వాతి రోజుల్లో ఎంఈవోలకు,
ఆ తర్వాతి రోజుల్లో డీఈవో, ఆర్జేడీలకు పంపాల్సి
ఉంటుంది. ప్రతిభ కనబరిచిన విద్యార్థులను జోనల్ స్థాయిలో ఎంపిక చేసి బహుమతులు
అందజేయనున్నారు.

schools except private un aided schools in Zone-II - Final assessment and reports

In continuation of this office
proceedings dated 15.03.2022, all the District Educational Officers in Zone-II
are hereby informed that, they are implementing an innovative programme named
LANGUAGE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME (LIP) (100 Days programme) is going to complete
by 31-03-2022 and appreciate all the Headmasters, Teachers those who actively
involved and implemented this programme successfully and also appreciate to the
students who participated and benefited by this programme.
In this connection it is hereby informed
that, it is decided to convene big felicitation function very soon to all the
best performed Headmasters and students in star ratings and to the students to
improved good vocabulary, reading and writing skills by this programme in the
presence of the Officials of the department.
It is further decided to provide an
opportunity to Headmasters and students to show their best performance in
implementing the LIP Programme. Hence they are requested to identify two
Headmasters from each district who innovatively implemented the LIP Programme
and 3 students from each district who immensely got good vocabulary in three
languages to performe on the day of facilitation. Scheme of Final Assessment:
The final assessment test will be
conducted on 01.04.2022 for 30 /20 marks with single question paper consisting
of three languages within the maximum of 30 / 20 minutes. Test items will be
provided five questions in each language and the students have to answer equal
meaning in other two languages.
Selection criteria:
It is further informed that, it is
proposed to felicitate one student from one class those who secured top
position in final assessment test for all from Primary, Upper Primary and High
Schools. In case...
1. If any single candidate secured top
position he/she may be recommended for Zonal function.
2. If more students secured equal marks
then the students who secured more marks in English may be recommended.
3. If marks are equal in English then
the marks of Hindi may be considered.
4. If Hindi marks are also equal then
handwriting may be considered.
Therefore all the District Educational
Officers/Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal Educational Officers/Headmasters in
Zone-IIare requested to conduct final assessment test on 01.04.2022 and furnish
the full data of all fortnight tests results along with final assessment
results in the given proforma by 8th April, 2022 without fail. Any deviation in
this regard will be viewed as serious.
