Since a significant part of student
learning is determined by their economic and social context, it is imperative
to examine learning outcomes data in line with the socio-economic and cultural
background of students to arrive at a comprehensive understanding of the
factors affecting learning. Such questionnaires, called background
questionnaires/ contextual questionnaires collects accurate, valid and reliable
information that is relevant to policy makers in areas they can affect or
influence, and that research indicates is related to student performance. Thus,
as part of the Student Learning Achievement Survey, EI will collect
context/background information through these questionnaires, along with student
test data.

వారికి సంబంధించిన ఖచ్చితమైన, చెల్లుబాటు అయ్యే మరియు
నమ్మదగిన సమాచారాన్ని సేకరిస్తాయి మరియు అటువంటి పరిశోధన విద్యార్థి పనితీరుకు
సంబంధించినదని సూచిస్తుంది. కాబట్టి, స్టూడెంట్ లెర్నింగ్
అచీవ్‌మెంట్ సర్వేలో భాగంగా, EI ఈ ప్రశ్నాపత్రాల ద్వారా
విద్యార్థుల పరీక్ష డేటాతో పాటు సందర్భం/నేపథ్య సమాచారాన్ని సేకరిస్తుంది.
