The attention of all the Regional Joint
Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers in the state is
invited to the references read above (copies enclosed) and they are informed
that, this office has issued instructions in the reference 1st read above
regarding the school with height below 6 mtrs (ground floor) shall be exempted
from obtaining the NOC from the Fire Services Dept for applying for
recognition/permission. These orders were again reiterated in the reference 5th
read above. In this connection, they are informed that further instructions
were issued by this office in the reference 4th read above.
Hence, all the Regional Joint Directors
of School Education / District Educational Officers in the state are informed
to follow the instructions issued by the Director General, State Disaster
response and Fire Service A.P Vijayawada in the reference 2nd read above, i.e.,
all the Educational Institutions like Schools and Colleges which are less than 500
Sq Meters in Plot area (or)less than 06.00 Meters in height of the Building of
Ground Floor+1 St floor only are not required to take Fire No objection
Certificates from the department subject to condition that all required
firefighting equipment is to be provided, which was communicated in the
reference 4th read above. As such, the clarification issued in the reference 5th
read above by stands cancelled.
