Sub: GSWS Employees- Probation declared
-crediting of all types of leaves in the service registers of GSWS employees
and sanction- Reg.
Ref: Representation of Grama Ward
Sachivalaya Employees Federation Andhra Pradesh.
It has been represented by certain associations
of Grama Ward Sachivalaya Employees that though their probation is declared on
30-06- 2022 certain controlling officers are not sanctioning their leaves, on
the ground that the term "service regularization" is not mentioned in
probation declaration orders. It is hereby clarified that the declaration of
probation automatically entails regularization of service.
Therefore all the officers concerned are
requested to take appropriate action on crediting of all types of leaves in the
service registers of GSWS employees without fail and sanction leave as per
their eligibility and rules in force.
