In the reference 2nd cited, the
Government issued orders for extension of Minimum of Time Scale to the
Contractual employees working in the Government Departments, Universities,
Societies, KGBV and Model Schools in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022.
Further, in the reference 5th cited, the
Govt. permitted for extension of Minimum of Time Scale to the Contractual
employees working in APREIS in Revised Pay Scales , 2022 w.e.f., 01-01-2022 in
the respective posts in which the employees are working, subject to fulfilling
the conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.40 Finance (HR.I Plg.&Policy)
Department Dt. 18-06-2021.
In view of the above, the Minimum of
time Scales are hereby extended to the Contractual employees working in APREI Society
in the corresponding scales of Revised Pay Scales, 2022 of the relevant posts
in which the employees are working w.e.f. 01-01-2022 as follows.
