The attention of all the District
Educational Officers in the state (erstwhile districts) are invited to the
reference read above and they are instructed to sanction all kinds of leaves
and Increments, medical bills and also forwarding of pension proposals etc.,in
respect of the Municipal Teachers who came under the control of Education
department until issuing the amendment orders to the G.O.Ms.No.40, Education
(Ser.V) Department, dated: 07.05.2002 as per rules in force to avoid further complication
in the matter.
This reference should be treated as Most
urgent.
