The District Educational Officers and
Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are informed
that, the UNICEF has developed "Pillala Vinodam"-100 Audio stories on
Life Skills for adolescents in both Telugu and English versions covering 10
major themes as mentioned below. In each theme there are 10 audio stores are available.
1. Balanced diet
2. Child Labour
3. Clean Environment
4. Girls Education
5. Green Environment
6. Life Skills
7. Personal hygiene
8. Personal safety
9. Pets and household animals
10. Wise water management
In this regard, it is informed that, the above
mentioned stories are uploaded in DIKSHA platform and created two separate
playlists (one for Telugu & one for English version). These playlists are
also tagged to two separate QR codes, which facilitates students and teachers
to use the all Pillala Vinodma audio content at one place by simply scanning
the Q.R Codes.

A poster is also designed by
incorporating Q.R code tagged with all audio stores (Annexure - 2). Further, it
is instructed that, the poster is need to be displayed at schools notice
boards, staff rooms so that the student and teachers can scan and listen the
said audio stories. The teachers are need to support and facilitate the
students in this regard.
The uploaded audio stories are also tagged to
the Q.R codes of various lessons of subjects of various classes of AP Textbooks
(as mapped by SCERT, Dept. of School Edu. A.P).
Further, a PDF copy of Teachers
manual/guide (పిల్లల వినోదం – ఉపాధ్యాయ మార్గదర్శిని)
was
also uploaded into DIKSHA platform and was tagged to the Teachers’
corner QR codes of A.P. Textbooks (Annexure - 3).
The following are the important links to
be shared with all the students / teachers / Headmaster.
Therefore all the District Educational
Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra
Shiksha in the state are requested to share the above
links to all the schools in the state, so that these links can
be accessed by all the teachers, students and parents through DIKSHA portal & APP and WhatApp. Further issue
instructions to the teachers to utilize these audio
stores in their classroom teaching.
